A form, WhatsApp message or email is a booking enquiry. A booking is confirmed only after the applicable vehicle, route, charges, timing and required payment/advance have been agreed.

Availability

Vehicle availability depends on city, route, date, time and vehicle category and may change until confirmation.

Charges and taxes

Applicable charges, taxes, tolls, parking, permits and other trip-specific costs should be confirmed before finalization.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund terms can vary by booking and should be confirmed at booking.

Customer information

Customers should provide accurate trip and contact details and communicate changes as early as possible.

Corporate/customized bookings

These may have separate terms agreed for the specific engagement.
